For young researchers from ICT Countries a new COST Instrument is created. With the new Cost Action Networking Tool, it´s possible to attend international science and technology related conferences that are not specifically organised by the COST Action itself.
Helps PhD students and early-career investigators from participating Inclusiveness Target Countries attend science & technology related conferences that are not organised by a COST Action.
