Workshop WG 2: Synergies of Citizen Science and Education
Call for Participants
Goal: paper on synergies between citizen science and education – discussion on objectives, methodology, work plan, content, subdivision in subchapters, responsibilities and time schedule which will result in a detailed outline of the paper
Applicants who are interested in participating and intend to apply for funding of travel expenses from the COST Action have to write a short abstract of 200-400 words on their contribution to the review paper on synergies between citizen science and education. This abstract should involve 5 key references, a proposal for the structure of the review paper and a detailed description of the chapter where participants want to take the lead.The choice of reimbursed participants will consider the quality of the abstract, an equal share of men and women and at least 50 % of participants shall be Early-Career-Investigators1. The participants should be spread across all parts of Europe, with a special emphasis on participants from ITC countries2.
The travel and accommodation costs of 10 participants can be reimbursed.
